Hi, I'm Mehnaz, the creator of Bookish Castle.

I'm a book lover, coffee enthusiast, anime fan, music listener, and aspiring novelist. When I'm not reading, you'll probably find me writing, listening to music, or daydreaming about fictional worlds and characters.

Books have always been a special part of my life. What started as a school reading competition slowly turned me into an ultimate bookworm. From school books to novels, I discovered stories that made me laugh, cry, think, and dream bigger. Along the way, books became more than a hobby. They became a part of who I am.

My favorite authors include Ana Huang, Rina Kent, H.D. Carlton, and Freida McFadden. I especially enjoy dark romance, psychological thrillers, and stories that leave a lasting impression long after the final page.

I'm also currently working on completing my own novel. Writing has always been close to my heart, and I've been fortunate enough to receive awards for poetry writing. For me, a pen is more than a tool. It's a lifelong friend.

In a world where endless scrolling has become the norm, I chose to spend my time building a skill, exploring stories, and sharing my love for books. Hunting Adeline by H.D. Carlton | Book Review

  I finished Hunting Adeline and just sat there for a while. Not because I didn't know what to say. Because I had too many things to say. After loving Haunting Adeline , I went into this book expecting darkness, suspense, and obsession. What I wasn't prepared for was the emotional rollercoaster that H.D. Carlton had waiting for me. This book hurt. A lot. The first half was genuinely difficult to read at times. Watching Adeline go through everything she endured broke my heart. There were moments when I had to put the book down and take a break because the emotions felt so heavy. The fear, the pain, the trauma... it all felt incredibly real.
